Most of you are curious to know how my little restaurant was born !

Let me introduce myself, my name is Chouvi Asayag, a young graduate from one of the biggest tourism schools named VATEL, I am a Moroccan Jew, for a long time I had the idea of ​​opening a kosher restaurant in Marrakech. I wanted to do this for my family to preserve our family recipes. I collected most of these recipes from my mother, to which some have been added. You will find a typical Moroccan cuisine, flavored with real spices to guarantee you a great discovery try our experiences, they will make you travel through our Morocco. To conclude I would like that through this restaurant, each of us finds more than a cookbook, a memory of his childhood and I will have been useful.
