We had a great night here......... the food was superb and gave a really good forage into Moroccan Jewish cooking. On Saturday night I highly recommend the dafina, a meat, rice, barley and chickpea stew that was cooked all night and is usually eaten by . Jews on the Sabbath. The couscous royale was exellent and the pastilles were divine.

Nous avons fait appel à Dar Ima pour la livraison de plateaux et d'un gâteau paille pour mon anniversaire. Tout a été conclu à distance. Le jour de notre arrivée, tout était livré, parfait. Les plateaux étaient savoureux et le gâteau délicieux. Seul regret de tous nos invités, qu'il n'en reste plus pour le lendemain. Bravo à Dar Ima pour leur professionnalisme, la confiance accordée aux touristes que nous sommes et bravo pour la recette du gateau paille, une merveille. a goûter absolument.
